[Sticky] CMS complaints email address

There has been some useful feedback from members regarding how to contact the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) via email, particularly the Complaints Team.

The CMS did use complaint.reviewteam@dwp.gov.uk (which wasn't publicised), however this mailbox 'closed' on 10 April 2023 and only generates an automated response. All future correspondence should be marked for the attention of the DWP Operations Correspondence Gateway Team c/o correspondence@dwp.gov.uk

Thank you for providing this. It is extremely frustrating the level of incompetence of yet another government department
